Scope
This Data Processing Addendum applies when Zylentix processes personal data on behalf of the customer.
Capitalized terms not defined here adopt meanings from the Agreement.
Processor obligations
Process personal data only on documented instructions from the customer.
Ensure personnel maintain confidentiality and receive privacy training.
Security measures
Maintain appropriate technical and organizational safeguards including encryption, access controls, and logging.
Notify customers of personal data breaches without undue delay.
